Это не суррогат :) Это концентрат. В смысле, в нем сконцентрировано все, что надо животному. Главное - следить за потреблением воды. Только что писала - взрослая кошка на сушке должна выпивать 150-200 мл воды в день. То есть, примерно стакан.
