Рыба или нет?

Подскажите пожалйуста.
Моемй котенку почти 3 месяца. Сегодня купила ему свежемороженной кильки, которую он с удовольствием съел. Это не повредит ему? Может все-таки не стоит пока кормить его свежей рыбой???
