Плохо, если так - тогда от чипа никакой пользы. Но где-то же в городе животных чипируют? Может, какой0либо клуб кошек или собак, или другая ветеринарка. Не важно, кто считает - в случае наличия чипа нужно узнать номер, и его искать по базе
