При кормлении натуралкой покак случается не каждый день. У нас с котенком была похожая проблема, был на натуралке (на улице жил), перевели на сушку, начался понос, кровь в кале , слизь и т.д. за месяц-другой пришло в норму. Даже без лекарств.
